Takmeel Plots (Enquiries Open) is the customer-facing category for land enquiries, a separate location and story, not folded into the DHA commercial destination.
Model Town Residential Concept (Concept Stage): a distinct concept in Model Town, Bahawalpur, close to Apex Mall and opposite Faraz Hospital in the October 2026 concept work, with 13 residential positions: 3 fronting the main road, 6 on an internal street and 4 on the rear road. Not all positions are claimed as completed.

Capt. (Retd.) Dr Kamran Fazal
Chief Executive Officer
Physician, entrepreneur and real-estate developer. MBBS through the Army Medical College pathway in 2004, with gold-medalist distinction per the corporate profile, and a former Captain in the Pakistan Army.
Ventures: Kollaage Concepts Pvt Ltd (founded 2012), Sharp 360 (established 2013), Takmeel Square (founded 2021) and Takmeel Signatures Real Estate LLC, Dubai (established 2023). He directs project ambition, strategic relationships, and design, construction and market positioning.
Dr Qaisra Fazal
Managing Director · Founder, Takmeel Women Society
Mathematician, researcher, business leader and advocate for women's opportunity. PhD in Mathematics, University of Vienna, 2011, dissertation on optimization techniques for error bounds of ODEs, advisor Arnold Neumaier, scholarship-supported, with a postdoctoral fellowship associated with ESO and teaching experience at FAST, LUMS and GCU Lahore per the corporate profile.
Risk-analysis work at Bank Austria; professional activity in Vienna and the UAE; financial advisory in Dubai; co-authorship of a crypto and digital-asset policy paper associated with NAB per the profile. Recognitions per the profile include Punjab Ki Beti (March 2025, Women in IT & AI), Sustainable Champion associated with the State Bank of Pakistan, and Senior Vice President, Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bahawalpur (September 2026).

Takmeel Square established. The integrated concept expands through 2023 and 2024 across commercial, retail, homes and leisure.
DHA Bahawalpur publicly acknowledged Takmeel's pre-launch activity.
Glow Park and the associated food-court experience inaugurated on 27 March 2025, with senior DHA Bahawalpur leadership present.
Retailer engagement continued, Al-Fatah leadership engagement held, and Takmeel Women Society and the wider Group portfolio developed further.
Engagements in progress, stated accurately
Al-Fatah leadership engagement (May to June 2026): intended expansion discussed with Chairman Irfan Iqbal Sheikh and CEO Anees Iqbal Sheikh. HBL sits in property-level discussions for MB-10 and MB-11, and MoltyFoam in planning and visual direction for showroom premises. All three are engagement, dialogue and planning at this stage, not operating tenancies.
